If you have ever received a traffic citation, been harassed by a public servant, had you natural rights ignored and violated, (trust me you have) this will make you STAND UP AND CHEER! It is a blow by blow account of the State of Colorado vs. a sovereign citizen who became a legal porcupine in defense of his rights as a natural man upon the land.
He was initially pulled over in a traffic stop for a minor offence and it was discovered he had an outstanding warrant for a similarly minor offense and was arrested as a result of this finding. He was brought to jail and upon arrival he demanded to see a judge immediately, as is his right. He was of course denied, laughed at, told he will see the judge when the judge called him. He demanded the magistrate to produce the written warrant, as is his right, and he was again refused. He suffered a heart attack in jail whilst being detained and was brought to a local hospital where he was diagnosed as having had a mild heart attack however his doctor was threatened by a call from the Police department and by their representatives in the hospital which caused him to change his official diagnosis to that of a severe anxiety/panic attack and was remanded to the custody of the police afterwards to complete his illegal detainment.
Upon his return he spoke with a concerned officer in the jail who served in the military, as did he, and based upon this fraternal respect told the man he would personally get him anything he needed. He also told him his police captain had an unofficial policy that no one may have a heart attack in custody.
He continued in his efforts following his release to dispute the proceedings and challenged every unconstitutional action of every public official he encountered along the way and filed suit against the State of Colorado, personally naming those people which included 4 police departments, court representatives in his locale, the entire State Legislature, and so on until the list filed in pursuit of justice included upwards of 2000 individuals.
He then filed to have his case fast tracked since, due to the nature of his health condition, he did in fact meet the criteria for fast tracking which included clear legal standing, required no depositions or interrogatories etc, just a clear undisputable case of factual evidence and of course the time pressure associated with the fact that if he were to suffer another heart attack he may die before receiving justice.
This was ignored.
So he then appealed to the circuit court who then commanded the state court to hear his case which means he got a court date as requested which compelled over 2000 defendants, all of which must all appear otherwise he would win by default. This event would obviously shut down the Colorado State government for a day and require a huge building to accommodate the sheer number of defendants in the case so as a result the State hired a law firm to make contact with him to settle in advance of this date for, get this...
25 MILLION DOLLARS!
Why?
Because he discovered in this effort that there is a law which forbids anyone from suing any elected official over non performance or unjust performance of their duties while in office, which itself is unconstitutional, but because suits are possible all public servants must maintain insurance coverage in the form of a bond which is issued at the time they take office. Now these bonds are for huge amounts and they are forfeited if they are found to be guilty of improper conduct and since the financial liability involved is so great any insurance company who receives 3 substantive complaints, any of which must, by law, be investigated, will revoke the public servants bond. Without this bond they cannot serve and are INSTANTLY evicted from public office. This man filed two hence the 25 million dollar bribe to just go away.
He told them he didn't need the money.
Why?
Because if he won his case the insurance companies involved would owe him somewhere in the neighborhood of 92 BILLION!
As far as I know his case is still pending...
Wouldn't you like to see this outcome on the 6 o'clock news instead of an interview with Snookie from New Jersey? I would. You might ask yourself why we get Snookie instead.
