I cannot overstate the significance of recent events that took place in Alberta Canada over the past week. This major milestone just hit the alternative news circuit yesterday. Yesterdays episode of Stew Peters Show, (clip below) was, I believe, the first to break the story. Stew interviewed Patrick King of Alberta Canada who shared the outcome of a legal proceeding that took place last week. Patrick was a key figure in the longest running protest that he and others led voicing their opposition to the outrageous pandemic related mandates and laws that have been forced upon Canadians for the past year.

If you have been following my blog you have seen how draconian those measures have been, second only to those being endured presently by the people of Australia. Canada was well on its way to a totalitarian hellscape in which plans and preparations were not only underway but beginning to enter an implementation timetable in which all Canadians were to be given the "choice" of turning over everything they own to the State in exchange for compliance with mandatory vaccinations, a universal basic income and the "privilege" of not being indefinitely interred in state sponsored covid camps!

Patrick went to court to fight a $1200 citation he was given after 21 straight days of protesting, at which point the group was accosted by Nazi Canadian police thugs. The reason for the citation was stated as "participating in a gathering of more than 10 people"

The outcome of Patrick's trial was EPIC and combined with the evidence he submitted, which I will provide you with here, this ruling will provide the legal precedent that can, and hopefully will, be used in every country in the world where covid insanity has been the cause of what has become an uncountable tsunami of personal and economic hardships, the least of which have been financial.

What you may have heard already was that Alberta quietly rescinded all covid regulatory measures, including vaccinations, masking, social distancing and restrictions on gatherings, and downgraded covid to a mild flu, to be treated as such in the future

BUT WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED…

WAS THIS… Patrick, who represented himself, as his defense strategy, challenged the basis for the state of health emergency, from which every Canadian covid and pandemic related measure flowed. To do this, he was required to subpoena the actual Canadian health minister that made the emergency declaration and compel her to provide any evidence she had that supports her decision to declare a state of emergency and which subsequently justified and any and all related legislative and regulatory health measures. The same evidence that resulted in the issuance of tens of thousands of similar citations and pandemic related regulatory compliance hardships and expenses that have either already been charged to Canadian citizens or are pending subject to court review.

The corrupt Canadian judge made several attempts to destroy Patrick's case, including "advocating on his behalf" in advising him to subpoena the proper defendant in his case, incorrectly of course, which resulted in a procedural error, upon which the judge attempted to dismiss his case. When Patrick objected, citing the procedural error and the advice being given to him by the judge as a violation of his rights, this shameless criminal judge was forced to concede, but he continued to manipulate the system in other illegal ways to destroy the proceeding.

The level of the case was then escalated from "Alberta vs. King" to a Canadian federal level, changing the case name to "Her Majesty the Queen vs. King"! At this point, Patrick even pointed out that he has the right to face his accuser and if his accuser was THE QUEEN, she should also make an appearance! Well… that, of course, did not occur, but the judge was then required to subpoena all the high ranking Canadian government officials involved to appear, which he did, but he then summoned Patrick to reappear immediately, dispatching a court officer to his home ON A SUNDAY MORNING with less than 24 hours notice, which is simultaneously illegal and ridiculous, since a minimum of 24 hours notice is required by law and typically courts do not operate outside of regular business days.

Again, Patrick wisely objected, got his case rescheduled and despite the shady conduct of the presiding judge, and the proceeding took place a few days later. This is when all the action took place.

This was when an average guy from Alberta, defending himself against the entire Canadian government, forced their key representatives to admit that everything they have done to cause the suffering of all Canadians for the past year…
the economy they destroyed,
the prison-like lockdowns,
the fear and panic they caused,
the fines they levied,
they people they abducted and jailed,
everyone they illegally detained in appalling quarantine facilities,
AND EVERYONE THEY COERCED INTO GETTING DEADLY COVID VACCINATIONS…
THE ENTIRE GLOBAL PANDEMIC THEY HAVE BEEN PARTICIPATING IN,
WAS ALL BASED UPON A LIE!

On July 24th, when the state defendants were all present, including state attorney general prosecutors from Ottawa and Deena Hinshaw, who has been the Chief Medical Officer of Health for the province of Alberta since January 28, 2019, and who tried and failed to fight the subpoena compelling her to appear, the proceeding took place.

During the hearing and specifically repeated for the record, Patrick asked Deena Hinshaw to produce evidence for the existance of SAR-CoV2 that provides the basis for all pandemic related measures, including the $1200 ticket he was there to contest, and she was asked to provide this evidence in the form of a properly obtained isolation of the SAR-CoV2 virus, to which she was compelled to give the following answer…

Patrick commented in the Stew Peters interview that at that moment the court stenographers jaw dropped to the floor, as did everyone else in the courtroom, and they stopped what they were doing and looked to the judge for direction, as if to say, "are we supposed to type this?"

Stew Peters correctly commented in his interview:

Official statements omit the reason for rolling back covid measures in Alberta, nobody is answering questions. The answers they are giving are vague and ambiguous and there are people trying to discredit Patrick, implying he is lying about the outcome of the trial. Even Deena Hinshaw, when questioned about the trial, has been quoted recently… still crumbling from this epic defeat.

In a column sent to various media outlets, Dr. Deena Hinshaw says; "her words have caused some people to think she believes COVID-19 is over, but that’s not her message".

WHAT IS YOUR MESSAGE THEN, DR. HINSHAW?

If you ask me, it is most likely a frantic plea to the psychotic globalist pulling her strings… "help?"

This is the break we have been waiting for. Every imposition made to date has been carefully worded and promoted, in ways both clever and intimidating, and they have been carefully crafted that way, to get your consent WITHOUT provoking a clear legal challenge. Patrick King has paved the way for everyone in the world and we all owe him a debt we can never repay.

There is no doubt in my mind, as I look at the mad rush commencing around me and all over the US that, as usual, these tyrannical abuses will continue as if nothing happened, unless we all, IMMEDIATELY, start refusing to go along with it.

Hi John, another great analysis, i hope other states and countries take on their health officials like Mr King did in Alberta. But, i put a comment on some chat earlier last week along the lines of "it hasnt been isolated" and got shouted down with a person sighting the following link https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.5694/mja2.50569
Australian scientists claiming to have isolated the virus in April 2020. Im not wise enough to see where they are wrong. Can you or your cohort read this report and tell me why it is not a proper isolation. Sure Gary;

There is a process for doing isolations, this governed by rules called Koch's Postulates. None of these so called "isolations" follow the rules. The rules require that a for a pathogen to be positively identified as the cause of some illness or effect it must first be separated from everything else and then given to a healthy person who then becomes sick as a result of that exposure. If some pathogen was grown in a culture dish, this includes separating the so called virus from any other material in the culture, things like nutrients, contaminants, anything added during the growth period, etc… This is never done. It is never done because the thing they always end up calling the virus was never there to begin with, and whatever they claim it is it, whatever they point at and photograph, is always a thing that would have been there anyway to begin with or developed after the culture was starved and poisoned, something they always do.

You see, it really makes no difference whatsoever how these "isolations" are done because there is no such thing as a virus. There are things called bacterium, there are things called adenoviral shells, these objects are real and they are sometimes called exosomes, but these shells are not alive, they do not reproduce. They are like a snail shell without the snail inside it. They do not exhibit any characteristic of sentient life. They are empty containers. The claim that they are pathogens is like saying a mail box is the same as the mail. If some hunt reveals evidence of any parts and pieces of some random exosome after the immune system dismantles it for usable spare parts, it is akin to finding a piece of a torn envelope mixed in with the other mail. None of that genetic waste material is capable of causing harm and it is all excreted one way or another, via breath, perspiration, urine, fecal matter, saliva or mucosa. That’s it, the end.

I know this can be confusing. Let's say you are hunting a bacterium and trying to isolate that. You think it is in a sample of spit from a sick person. The first thing you must do if your goal is to prove it is causing illness is you get that sick patient to spit in a sterile cup or collect your sample with a sterile swab or something. The problem is the second that swab leaves a mouth or runny nose it is contaminated by outside air that could have almost anything else in it. Assuming you can get a sample into a sterile container you then must get it to replicate in a culture and viruses cannot do that. A bacterium can, but you must feed it something. Whatever you feed it contaminates the culture. You see the problem here?

Ok, so assuming you get your little bacterium to make more of itself you then have to remove everything from the culture EXCEPT the bacterium. This is not the isolation, this is the purified sample.

After you have that you must then INFECT an UNINFECTED person and cause the illness you are claiming this pathogen is responsible for. Then and only then can you establish causality between the pathogen and the illness and even this process must be repeatable every time to be certain you have the right thing.

Now, if what you are trying to prove is a virus causes some illness, right away you have lots of problems. There is literally no way to do this. Viruses don't cause illness so you will have to grab something you think is a virus, then make it reproduce. If it is a virus any claim it reproduces is an outright lie. Since they don’t reproduce, its game over, and in virology, they take patient samples, throw them into a culture dish on top of some live animal tissue usually, this is the food they hope the pathogen will consume and reproduce with, but then they pour on anti fungals and anti virals and load up the culture with all kinds of poisons to kill it. Then they put this poison soup dish away until the entire thing dies from either one or all of the toxins they added or just plain old starvation and then they start poking around in it.

They break out a camera and start taking pictures of various things. This is where it gets unbelievably stupid. The virologist then selects the best, most clear picture of absolutely anything usually and calls THAT his guilty virus. That’s it, nothing else, that’s the boogie man, no need to give it to anyone and prove it makes them sick, no need to prove it’s the same illness we claim the boogie man causes, just label the picture, say you found it and call the press.

One man in 1954, Dr. John Elders, followed this stupid process and simultaneously allowed a control culture to die beside it, nothing added to that control, no anti fungals or anti virals, no poisons, nothing, just sick patient sputum and food.
