What I do is look where I am actively encouraged not to look, just to see what is there. First I hear out a doctors opinion that is being censored and erased to see what the evidence he has. Then I go looking for any study or research they cite. I attempt to find substantive proof what they are talking about is real and I go looking for that proof in peer reviewed medical literature. If I find that proof I consider the information to have professional merit and the warnings they give to be valid. Look, this is how all credible research is conducted, by peer review. This is how you learn the science. You don't simply accept what you are told. You go read this stuff yourself. I don't automatically discourage trust , BUT I DO VERIFY. If a medical talking head is lying I can and WILL catch them doing it. Then I bring the good information to your attention.
If you believe in the pandemic and the CV-19 vaccines, right away, I know some important things about you: I KNOW where 100% of your information comes from. I KNOW you believe the 'science is settled'. I KNOW you have not seriously investigated these claims, and I KNOW you believe these people when they try to convince you they have done the research for you because I KNOW you believe it is too hard to do yourself and requires a medical degree. I KNOW you think this is true, that it is too hard to understand and I KNOW you think you need somebody to reassure you and spell it out for you like you are a child.
