This is probably one of the most convoluted, obfuscated and confusing legal documents I have personally EVER seen. They clearly think nobody will pick this apart and carefully read it. It may be a good bet too. That is what I believe they are gambling on, and they certainly have not made this thing they way they did to make decoding what it really says easy.
But fear not. I got you covered this time. I am going to show you line for line what this really is.
Lets start with the big announcement carried by the MSM. FDA released this press statement today:
FDA Approves First COVID-19 Vaccine _ FDA.

It states the vaccine is officially approved for Americans over the age of 16, while the emergency authorization remains in effect for patients between 12 and 15. Notably, the FDA is requiring Pfizer to conduct more research on the risks of myocarditis and pericarditis and other potential side effects. Pfizer will also develop a registry to help monitor outcomes for infants after vaccinated women give birth.
However, this is only a press release. The actual language is in an official legal document and this is where it gets very slippery with legalese and conditions and all the rest of it…

You will see in this that there is now a product called "Comirnaty".
This is the same product as the vaccine being marketed as Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, or so they claim.
What they have done here is create a duplicate product and approved that. Now remember, these are supposed to be the same thing, however one will have certain approved uses while the other one will have different approved uses.
THIS MAKES NO SENSE UNTIL YOU GET INTO THE DETAILS.

So, in fact, Pfizer is not receiving full FDA regular approval -- Pfizer is only receiving approval for further experimentation on the public through the Emergency Use Authorization.
They buried the NOT APPROVED on page 12 of 13.
This product has not been approved or licensed by FDA, but has been authorized for emergency use by FDA, under a EUA to prevent Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) for use in individuals 12 years of age and older; and • The emergency use of this product is only authorized for the duration of the declaration that circumstances exist justifying the authorization of emergency use of the medical product under Section 564(b)(1) of the FD&C Act unless the declaration is terminated or authorization revoked sooner.
They buried the NOT APPROVED on page 12 of 13.

their own legal document,
the one that MATTERS,
the one that press statement is referring to,
CLEARLY STATES,
on page 12,
that NO SUCH APPROVAL WAS GIVEN,
in fact it EXPLICITLY says
THE EXACT OPPOSITE!!!
And until this Government of clowns sorts that out
