Occasionally you see them ask people in the queue if they have researched things for themselves and the result of this good-natured and well meaning effort is really shocking, because these people refuse to even listen. I mean, yeah, some rightfully refuse because the effort is being recorded, I think that is understandable, at the hart of this lesson, and it is a lesson, there is the realization that no matter how hard you try, some people are brainwashed and like cult members that think the world is flat or some other outlandish nonsense they can't be talked out of that idea. The belief, and that’s all it is, a belief, that vaccines are safe and effective is a cultish belief held by people who have never heard anything but that lie. They have not done research. They think research is provided in vaccine commercials. As if the ad for a salad shooter guarantees it is worth spending 19.95 on it. It is sad, because anything really can happen to these flks and they don't seem to care. Its more critical to them that they believe they are safer having taken this wildly dangerous risk. And a fair number of them will regret this shot later, but they will deal with that then I suppose. I don't think this will discourage me from trying a similar thing myself at some point, but at least now I will know what to expect and maybe able to be a bit dispassionate about the attempt. You see, I think, if I could change one persons mind its probably worth talking to, I dunno, maybe 25 others who respond this way. I did see a couple people take the handout they were offering. It appeared to be a long wait time. Maybe they will read it and wait. I didn't see anyone leave the line but who knows, maybe after an hour wait in that queue some read it. And that’s the best you can expect to accomplish I guess.
