U.S. Constitution: First Amendment
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
You probably saw the announcement posted early this morning by Jeffery C. McKay, (Chairman, Board of Supervisors) about four new PRESUMPTIVE CASES being reported in Fairfax County. Not cases, PRESUMPTIVE CASES! Meaning somebody coughed and got dragged off into quarantine, probably against their will. As a result we now have a Governor who has decided it is warranted to move us all into the "next phase of response." What's that?
Do I need to remind anyone that the onset of FASICIM occurs in "phases"?
(I won't site examples here but I certainly could)
Currently...
- Bars and restaurants I sometimes go to are closed.
- County parks, libraries, and community facilities will be closed for two weeks.
- Your children's schools are closed until further notice.
- Some of you have been sent home, are out of work or have your livelihood threatened, your sources of income compromised.
- Right now they are feverishly scrubbing buses and subway cars but the shut downs are just around the corner and the vehicle checkpoints will follow.
- All manner of business supply chains are being challenged while rampant panic, fueled by vague unsupported propagandist news is force fed to us daily ad nauseum.
Do I need to remind you all that an election is looming? Don't expect to see giant rallies or conventions, or public debates. Don't expect to see people crammed into voting stations. Expect to see closed door teleconferences, electronic voting apps replacing paper ballots, expect unqualified, dubiously vetted and oft times unnamed "experts" of every variety trotted out everyplace you turn reassuring you all this is reasonable and prudent. Expect to see the results and findings of every remotely attended meeting getting top billing on the typical Google search.
· The Virginia Governor is banning public events of greater than 100 people.
This will come to include PROTESTS! Can you say North Korea?
· For events of any size (public or private), organizers and participants each have a responsibility to reduce the chance of disease transmission.
This means you might possibly be SUED for running anything where someone is subsequently PRESUMED ill.
I could go on and on but you all see what is happening here I don't need to repeat it.
This is not an isolated incidence. Back on the morning of March 11th, the Health Officer of San Francisco issued an order prohibiting all large group events of 1,000 or more persons, effective immediately citing it is necessary to slow the spread of COVID-19, and builds on our previous public health recommendations.
Michigan Governor bans assemblies of 250 or more people in Michigan beginning Friday.
Washington Governor's Emergency Order Banning Gatherings of 250 or More People.
And so on...
If there are any constitutional Law experts reading this I am sure they will refer me to the citations below and urge you to ignore the ravings of one vocal tin foil hat...
The Supreme Court of the United States has held that the First Amendment protects the right to conduct a peaceful public assembly.[3] The right to assemble is not, however, absolute. Government officials cannot simply prohibit a public assembly in their own discretion,[4] but the government can impose restrictions on the time, place, and manner of peaceful assembly, provided that constitutional safeguards are met.[5] Time, place, and manner restrictions are permissible so long as they “are justified without reference to the content of the regulated speech, . . . are narrowly tailored to serve a significant governmental interest, and . . . leave open ample alternative channels for communication of the information.”[6]
Such time, place, and manner restrictions can take the form of requirements to obtain a permit for an assembly.[7] The Supreme Court has held that it is constitutionally permissible for the government to require that a permit for an assembly be obtained in advance.[8] The government can also make special regulations that impose additional requirements for assemblies that take place near major public events.[9]
In the United States, the organizer of a public assembly must typically apply for and obtain a permit in advance from the local police department or other local governmental body.[10] Applications for permits usually require, at a minimum, information about the specific date, time, and location of the proposed assembly, and may require a great deal more information.[11] Localities can, within the boundaries established by Supreme Court decisions interpreting the First Amendment right to assemble peaceably, impose additional requirements for permit applications, such as information about the organizer of the assembly and specific details about how the assembly is to be conducted.[12]
The First Amendment does not provide the right to conduct an assembly at which there is a clear and present danger of riot, disorder, or interference with traffic on public streets, or other immediate threat to public safety or order.[13] Statutes that prohibit people from assembling and using force or violence to accomplish unlawful purposes are permissible under the First Amendment.[14]
However preparations to subvert everything listed above have been in the works for some time now and I have examples:
i.e. The Model State Emergency Health Powers Act; <--Click link to read this
Summary - Draft legislation that has been adopted by over 40 states that allows for quarantine and mandated vaccinations in the event of a public health emergency.
This hysteria is NOT an emergency! That is not simple opinion. It's a FACT, and if you question it, which you should, I will refer you to my previous blog post where I compare Pandemic statistics to those of the common flu. Spoiler alert... COVID cases equal less than 2% of common flu cases which is the same thing as a "presumptive case" of Corona.
And just like magic, Corona is everywhere!
What do most people say, if you raise questions about the reality of the “epidemic,” or even hint that the facts might be in doubt?
Two responses high on the list: “but people are dying”; and “the experts wouldn’t lie.”

Bottom line here:
If you are "at risk", concerned or frightened, if you have not had the time, means or inclination to educate yourself as to what's going on or what might be going on, I am providing you with a head start as a public service. Take this information and do with it as you wish and please don't shoot the messenger. Quarterbacking this thing is not my full time job and I don't have all the answers. What I do have is a fair number of questions and I encourage you all to ask your own.
